Job Summary- Mumbai,2-8 years experience, Salary 3 lacs to 3.50 Lacs + Incentives.Team Handling,Recruitment of freelancers.Training & motivating the team,strategizing & achieving sales target.

Job Details Profile :
1) Recruitment of freelancers.
2) Handling a Team of freelancers responsible for selling properties.
3) Goal Setting and strategizing.
4) Conducting regular meetings and training for enhancing productivity of the team
5) Supporting,Motivating and monitoring team of freelancers.
6) Achieving Sales target through a team of freelancers.
Desired Profile :
1) Graduate in any discipline.MBA will be an added advantage.
2) Should have 2 to 8 years experience in Sales.Preferably from Realty Sector
2) Team handling experience is desired but not essential.
3) Good Communication skills.
4) Should be a performer in the existing company.
